Negotiated Settlement Agreement (NSA)
On January 22, 2003, the City of Oakland entered into a Negotiated Settlement Agreement (NSA) to resolve allegations of police misconduct raised by plaintiffs in the lawsuit Delphine Allen v. City of Oakland.
