Oakland City Attorney
Alan Yuen is the IT Manager of the City Attorney’s Office and oversees IT security, infrastructure, application integration, and user support.
Alan has over 15 years of experience in the field of Information Technology and has held various technical leadership roles in the public, private, and higher education sectors.
Alan holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from San Francisco State University. In addition, he is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Government Chief Information Officer (CGCIO) from Rutgers University.
