Daniel Rossi supervises the Community Development and Real Estate Unit for the Advisory
Division. He currently specializes in affordable housing development and finance. During his
30 years with the City Attorney’s Office, he has handled affordable housing, redevelopment,
economic development, workforce development, community reinvestment, and real estate.
Mr. Rossi received his law degree from UC Berkeley Law School in 1989, his masters degree in
City Planning from UC Berkeley College of Environmental Design in 1983, and his BA degree
from Dartmouth College in 1978.
