Farrah previously served as a Neighborhood Law Corps Attorney, litigating public nuisance matters involving anti–human trafficking, environmental justice, tenant protection, and receiverships. She later served as a prosecutor in Contra Costa County, primarily handling cases involving violence against women.
Farrah also worked for the City of Vallejo, focusing on defense litigation including officer involved shootings, civil rights, wrongful death, premises liability, employment and breach of contract actions. Farrah also advised several departments and commissions and supervised the City of Vallejo’s affirmative litigation team.
Farrah earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UC Davis and a Juris Doctorate from John F. Kennedy School of Law. In her free time Farrah coaches mock trial teams.
