Oakland City Attorney
Han Tran is an attorney in the General & Complex Litigation Division (Defense) and represents the City in a broad range of litigation matters.
Prior to joining the City Attorney’s Office, Mr. Tran practiced appellate litigation at his own firm, criminal prosecution at a District Attorney’s Office, and civil litigation at a San Francisco firm. He graduated from U.C. Berkeley Law School.
