LLotus Ho joined the Oakland City Attorney’s Office in 2015. As a Claims Supervisor in the General & Complex Litigation Division (Defense), Ms. Ho oversees claim investigation activities in a wide variety of matters including premise liability, motor vehicle collisions, inverse condemnation, contract actions, and police conduct.
Prior to joining the City Attorney’s Office, Ms. Ho worked in public transit, aviation, railroad, and insurance industries. She has over 15–years of combined experience in the field of risk management.
Ms. Ho holds a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics and a Masters in Global Business Management. She is a Bay Area native and identifies as transgender.
