Melinda Ochoa supervises the dynamic team of paralegals within the Office of the City Attorney and is responsible for planning, supervising, assigning and evaluating paralegals who provide support to attorneys.
Prior to joining the Office of the City Attorney in 2017, Ms. Ochoa worked in private practice for over 19 years as a paralegal handling a variety of cases, including, construction defect, personal injury, premises liability, and products liability.
Ms. Ochoa received her paralegal certification from Saint Mary’s College of California before beginning her career as a paralegal.
